Both my ears were blocked. The left ear was 100% blocked, couldn't hear a thing! The right ear was 50% blocked. Went to Hearing@Loftus, warm welcome from Janah Du Plessis. From the moment I saw Her I knew I was at the right place, indeed I was! She rinsed the wax from both my ears which solve the issue I was struggling with on my own to achieve for weeks. She patiently explained everything She was doing and why and advised on best practices for the future. Janah's care was outstanding.
